The App is a math thinking learning tool for K-12 students, offering:

• 每日挑战
• 中英双语界面

• Math courses across four grade tracks (G1-3, G4-5, G6-8, G9-12)
• Gamified learning experience (XP, levels, badges, streaks)
• Daily challenges
• Bilingual interface (Chinese/English)

3. 用户账户

3. User Account

本应用不需要注册或登录。所有数据保存在您的本地浏览器中。您可以选择输入昵称用于个性化显示，但这是可选的。

The App requires no registration or login. All data is stored in your local browser. You may optionally enter a nickname for personalization.

4. 付费与退款政策

4. Payment & Refund Policy

本应用采用 Freemium 模式：

• 免费内容 — 每个轨道的前 5 节课程完全免费
• 付费内容 — 输入激活码可解锁全部课程

The App operates on a Freemium model:

• Free content — First 5 lessons per track are completely free
• Premium content — Enter an activation code to unlock all courses

您同意不将本应用用于以下目的：

You agree not to use the App for the following purposes:

• 违反任何适用的法律法规
• 尝试破解、逆向工程或绕过激活码验证
• 未经授权分发激活码
• 干扰或破坏应用的正常运行
• 使用自动化工具大量访问应用

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to crack, reverse-engineer, or bypass activation code verification
• Unauthorized distribution of activation codes
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's normal operation
• Using automated tools to access the App in bulk

本应用的所有内容（包括但不限于课程内容、设计、代码、图标）均受知识产权法律保护。未经明确书面许可，不得复制、修改、分发或创建衍生作品。

All content of the App (including but not limited to course content, design, code, icons) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

本应用按"现状"和"可用"的基础提供。我们不保证：

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

• 应用将不间断或无错误运行

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of course content
• The App is suitable for any particular purpose

本应用面向 13 岁以下儿童及青少年使用。由于本应用不收集个人数据、不包含广告、不进行应用内购买（激活码通过其他渠道获得），因此适合未成年人使用。家长或监护人可随时通过清除浏览器数据来管理孩子的使用记录。

The App is designed for children and teenagers under 13. Since the App collects no personal data, contains no advertisements, and has no in-app purchases (activation codes are obtained through other channels), it is suitable for minors. Parents or guardians may manage children's usage at any time by clearing browser data.

9. 终止

我们保留随时暂停或终止本应用的权利，恕不另行通知。终止后，您仍可通过清除浏览器数据来删除所有本地存储的信息。

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the App at any time without notice. After termination, you may still delete all locally stored information by clearing browser data.

我们保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。修改后的条款将在本页面公布。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的条款。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

本服务条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。因本条款引起的任何争议，应友好协商解决；协商不成的，提交有管辖权的人民法院处理。

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court.
